That was so dope. We saw the Falco and a game 5 clencher. It's interesting because both characters have 5 frame jumpsquats so the switch wouldn't be terrible. Falco might cover some Yoshi weak point matchups?? but I can't think of any super notable ones. Peach and Sheik. Falco might have a better MU on paper but Amsa's Yoshi is destruction so I don't think it would matter. Plus, he's always good against Fox

My assumption was that Amsa is labbing with Falco more for stage matchups than for character matchups. The days of EVERYBODY counterpicking Amsa to Final Destination are over - Amsa even counterpicks it himself with some regularity - but it still remains one of Yoshi's worst stages due to the lack of platforms.

I love Hungrybox but aMSa let's gooooooooooo!!!!! I have nothing against Hbox, I'm not against Puff but Yoshi is good for Melee. AMSa could have played against ANYONE and I would've cheered for aMSa because Yoshi is good for Melee, Yoshi winning is beneficial for the Melee scene, especially if he wins majors and supermajors.
