Dialed Archery ARXOS - how to sight in - Is the ARXOS a good sight?

I have shot a bunch of different sights and one that has been taking the bowhunting comunity by storm is the Dialed Archery ARXOS Sight! I always get questions on how to sight it in and if the ARXOS is a good sight!
I personally have been shooting this sight for the last few months and was fortunate enough to harvest 3 big game animals with this setup!
Its honestly one of the cleanest sights and most simple sights on the market. Made in the USA, and simplified for all us bowhunters.
Reaching distances past 140 yards is what the arxos is all about! I am happy to call its home on my rx7 ultra.

​@@HaxenHuntIt was locked, but it's supposed to slide from the wheel if you push hard enough. You should be able to crank it even when locked just in case you need to slide it while the deer is in front of you.

These are fantastic sights! Personally looking at the CBE AXIS now but dialed has it pretty simple. Great video as always brother! I also prefer a metal sight tape, why I use the CBE engage hybrid but the Dailed Archery are making me want one.

does it seem like your 3rd axis is kicked in too much after you fixed it? i set mine yesterday and just by looking at it, it doesnt look right but by using the hamskea 2nd gen level thats what it gave me..

was at Scheels checking these out and the brake doesn't work on any of them its pretty useless. all 6 models had very choppy dial wheels, wasn't a smooth experience moving the dial up and down just felt gritty. also noticed the bottom pin is sitting at the tip of a triangle, that whole base under the pin covers up the target which makes the bottom pin useless. was also told this buy a few people who own the Arxos and they all stated the .010 pins are not bright at all. sucks because its such a great looking sight. looking forward to the next iteration of this.

The brake isn't meant to lock up. If you're in the woods and the deer moves, you should still be able to slide it as needed. Can't say I have the same issue with slop in the wheel. It wears in over time and smooths out, but it wasn't rough to begin with. Bottom pin is a thing you use when you know you can use it. It's the same as a guy using his bubble level as a yardage marker, only more visible. If you're not taking shots where that's a concern of yours, then it's probably not the best sight for you.

Yes I do think it’s worth the cost! But i wouldn’t call it a deal breaker on a setup. If the cost can’t be spent then there are a ton of great options!
