This is an amazing build! Learning a lot just watching your videos. Suggestion for the paint job: do a copper fat flake gelcoat to give it a 70s dunebuggy / kit car vibe, especially since this thing you started with is from that era.

Vasily, In the early 80's I had a gig in Sebring Florida repairing some buildings that were tornado damaged. Out of the two I actually remember were a B-17 Hangar and a Manufacturing Facility at Sebring Airport. The Manufacturing Facility Made those Electric Cars and Vans, frames etc. They were trying to sell to the US Post Office, that didn't take very well with the drivers was the story. There were Vacuum Molds for every part of the car or van, Machinery of all sorts, Heating ovens for the plastic sheeting, Apparatus' for placing the heated sheets on the molds and Giant Vacuum Pumps to suck the melted plastic down and conforme to the molds. Our job was to stabilize the building while they disassembled the production line and sold off the equipment. Just a little something to ad to your build credit. Cool Project!

One thing to note, a lot of people who mod motorcycles put nylon bushings between the engine and their mounts to help reduce vibration. Also adding a bull bar and extending the back for a small cargo space would be awesome

A solid mounted engine's going to be incredibly loud in that thing, I'd recommend making space for some actual rubber bushings if you want to enjoy daily driving it. You could swap them out for solid or poly bushings when you want to drag race it. The chassis of the car will carry sound from the engine and all the panels will transmit that to the air, like sitting inside a drum or the body of a guitar. If you've ever put your ear to a wall or table and heard everyone's footsteps and other things you couldn't hear before, it's a similar concept. One of my coworkers did an electric swap to his car but he solid-mounted the electric motor to the chassis, and he said the noise was so loud it wasn't possible to hold a conversation... and that's an electric motor, not a motorcycle engine.

It needs some flared rear fenders that fill and blend into the original rear wheel arches. Also having it trimmed out nicely across the back would look great. Moving the rear panel back to inline with the back of the rear wheels and filling the gap could look good. Of course that would mean building new framework for the hatch hinges. I think there's another KZbinr with one of these wedges who is working on making new fiberglass body panels that are all smoothed out so there's none of the waviness and the doors will fit much better.

I’ve been a sub for a couple of years now (since your scrap RD 350 cafe racer) and your TIG welding and fab skills have come a long way since then but there is one thing you do that worries me, your welding all round the engine with the intake ports uncovered, TIG isn’t so bad but MIG welding as you well know the sparks are actually tiny balls of molten metal, something you do NOT want going into the engine. That said your doing a fantastic job l’m really looking forward to seeing this monster perform.
