How are these rounds going to Tsutsumi? I thought Principe clearly outboxed and out punched him first 2 with better body work. Sigh. Alvarez sent his head back more with his combinations much more than the right crosses landed for Tsutsumi. Sigh Cubans been getting screwed this tournament. You’re telling me he lost 5:0 and wasn’t up on ANY card ? I thought he had an argument for nicking any of the 3 rounds with bodywork and combinations and defense.

Tsutsumi won this pretty clear for me, some real nice bodywork in the first two rounds - right hands to the midsection, left hooks to the ribs - and then had real success timing Álvarez with straight right hands to the head in the third. A lot of what Álvarez threw got blocked by Tsutsumi’s guard, the more eye-catching work came from the Japanese fighter
