That Soprano in the Choir is a good singer too, especially in the first chorus. Adds the perfect touch of sadness. I believe she is also the Violinist. What a sense of dynamics she has!

@Neweyes I live in the heart of Bluegrass music, just inside the Tennessee/Kentucky border and I grew up on Bluegrass music and since I am in my 70's I have been enjoying it for a long time. Let me be the first to tell you that there is no way that Emmylou Harris would ever be offended by your opinion that Hayde Bluegrass Orchestra performed this song better then she did. They did a fantastic job on this as well as many of the other songs I've heard them perform, such as Calling my Children Home, another song Emmylou Harris did many years ago that I think they do as well as she does. No, she would not be offended by your opinion, she would just be happy that they are making world class Bluegrass just like I'm happy they are.
