When Hayley signed that agreement, no one had any idea of the impact of social media and what taking Hayley's away from her would do. One of the outcomes of Hayley's fight is that some states are now refusing to honor that "in perpetuity" clause and will not allow it in contracts. Hayley brought the unfairness of such contracts to the public's attention, and I am glad she won her fight.
