I think around this time she'd come back from a 3 week Japan/Taiwan tour, then had a day off, then launched the Poppy Appeal and then the next night did this concert, followed by a function and then did another full concert the next evening!

aww poor Hayley. Her eyes look as though she hasn't slept in forever. I love watching her videos nonetheless.

Hayley looks so tired in the beginning. Poor thing--she's probably overworking. Her voice needs some rest. Where do you get such videos of Hayley. They're awesome.
