solution to the problem that helped me: take a cotton swab with iodine and clean the contact points in the case and on the non-working earphone. put them in the case and press them. contact should occur in about a minute. sorry for the mistakes, I'm using a translator :( edited: also try putting the headphones in the freezer for a minute if that doesn't work

I tried cleaning the contact point of the side that doesn’t charge with a bit of alcohol and a brush. It worked. Hoping it’s really just that.

1.Los desvincule del telefono. 2. Los coloque en la caja de carga. 3. Movi el que no sonaba (parte alargada) para que se acomplara bien al pin de carga. 4. Prendio la luz blanca y ya volvieron a sonar sin problemas 🎉

The same thing happened to me the problem was poor soldering of the earphone battery to solve it you will have to open the earphone by pressing on the elongated part to access the circuit and try to check the battery cables in my case I only pressed on one of the wires with a screwdriver and turned back on

Reset both earpods by putting them both in the case ,open the door and touch their both finger touces at the same time until both earings start blinking. Its all reset. Enjoy the now...
