ScotRail announcements are so basic Alison and Scottish Female don't say "This train will not call at or luggage or CCTV." Glasgow Qeen Street seems to have more better announcements given the fact its Karen.

KeTech at least has the ability to announce those things as seen with Celia but ScotRail must use an old version of it. Hopefully they will upgrade it sometime. I don’t like Karen’s voice but the announcements are more detailed, though there was a manually recorded message last time I was at Glasgow Queen St High Level telling people to keep back as fast trains may pass through. I’d be a bit worried if they did!!
