My goodness, I could eat that mixture right from the pot…maybe before it cools down🤣🤣 But, honestly, I’d wait for the mixture to be put on top of the graham crackers😜 I do love graham crackers❤ YES, count your blessings every day! I have some health issues that are challenging…some have been life altering…but I’m alive, I have a roof over my head and food to eat. I feel very blessed & I thank God each day for taking care of me🙏 I live in NC & the toll that Helene took on the people in the western mountains is unimaginable. I feel doubly blessed that I wasn’t affected by the hurricane with the exception of some heavy rain & thunderstorms (but no damage)😎 if you’re reading this (and you’re a praying person) please say a prayer for everyone whose lives have been impacted by Helene & Milton❤🙏🫶

Once I've finished cleaning up from Milton, I'll make a batch of these. I feel blessed that the damage I have is minimal, and family had no damage -- so we just have to replace all our food. Adding sticks of butter to my list. 😉

🍨 Warm or at room temperature that mixture could be a VERY decadent sundae topping or base for vanilla or cherry ice cream! 😊 For people who don't want to use nuts, maybe they could substitute raisins, dates and sweetened dried cranberries. Sort of like a Chunky candy bar!

My mother used to make a version of this as a no bake cookie. I had a stroke a couple years ago and am able to use your bread machine recipes because I don’t have to do much of the work myself. I was wondering if there might be some way that I could do this in the microwave?
