Not all vegans/vegetarians eat that way for animal welfare reasons. Some miss eating meat, which is why fake meat products are so popular. I personally can't stand the stuff.

@@flouncey1977 some people stop eating meat for other reasons. For example, I know one who gave it up for the environmental impact of producing meat. The fake meat is normally about as bad, but like you said, to each their own.

Marcos is a good chef but he's so boring in every other way
