He was telling the black kid on the jet-ski what to do... but the latter was either ignoring or couldn't hear him! The cause was they can't shout in front of the guests so the newbie on the jet-ski was useless. :-)

I watch Below Deck every week and really enjoy it. In this clip we see Eddie Lucas loose control of his Deck team right in front of people on the boat. This is a breakthrough moment for him. It also proves he has to do a better job telling his Deck crew what needs to get done and how. With all that said Eddie Lucas is my favourite member of this season's deck crew!
