It’s actually Tom’s apartment. He rented that apartment after he and Katie sold their house, so it was his first “single” apt. in 12yrs. In Jo’s own words, she was, “couch surfing” because she didn’t have a place of her own & she was staying with multiple friends. Before she stayed with Schwartz she asked Kristen Doute if she could “crash” at her apt. Ironically, Tom & Kristen lived in the same building. Kristen said yes, but Jo told Tom she couldn’t stay with Kristen because she had covid & there was too much drama lol so Tom agreed to let her (temporarily) stay with him. She basically used Kristen to get closer to Tom, literally & figuratively. The minute Tom agreed to take her in, she ghosted/blocked Kristen. Jo has serious mental health disorders.

Yea he is embarrassed by her. Him leading women on is nothing new. He used Jo for companionship during the Scandoval. Once he was becoming accepted again he switched up. He should just be single, it’s better on him.

Don't feel bad for Jo, she definitely knew about what Raquel and Tom did behind Ariana's back. And she recently made fun of Katie and Dayna being on the worst dressed list because Raquel told her to do that. Plus she was around Katie, and as soon as Katie and Tom split she stopped being friends with Kristen and moved in with Swartz. She's desperate for Swartz and the television audience's attention. She don't have to be on the show.
