Can you help me with Omni PL I have installed a temp sensor on the solar port seen I already have water and air and I think I have added it properly on the touch pad but it does not show the temp on any screen of the water temp coming back from my solar system Thank You in Advance Lenny

I have the OmniLogic system with a 2 speed pump. The ozone only comes on when the pump is on high. Can I make it come on with the pump in low speed mode?

Our pool is 3 years old with Omni Logic lights. Our pool lights work fine but we have 3 bowl features and they continue to rotate through the colors. At one time they would stay solid. Any suggestions

how do I add my heater to my omnilogic app. I have to turn on the heater manually. Is there something that will walk me through the process?

Can you do spillover option if you only have one pump for pool/spa combo? I'd like to see how this is done right now I don't have that setup so spillover always runs

Hello! I’ve just installed my pool and I’m having a difficult time finding the correct way to wire color logic lights and heat pump. I want the full automation as I have the Omni logic. Right now I have 4 lights to one HVR so I have the basics but in Brian’s video I can get a lot more out of them. How do I wire them for this. Is there someone I can talk to on the phone. It would only take a few minutes to save me here. I’ve been at it for days now. Thank you

We've always had problems with our' High Tech' Omni lights with our 2 year old pool. 3 lights burned out since we've had it, and the lights are next to impossible to sync. Even the tecnicians couldn't accomplish it! We were given a lot more light programs initially and now they say our system can't handle them and all we have are a couple basic lights! Speaking with Hayward for 2 years hasn't helped at all. We STILL have strobing lights that are just annoying and the speed can't be controled by my phone. There should be someone specifically that a homeowner can reach out to when things go wrong! 5 sanitations systems, resort sized pool with a hot tub that seats about 20 people, high tech Hayward Omni lighting . We are very dissapinted in College Station, TX.

Our Hayward system has been nothing but trouble on our 3 month old pool. I’m starting to think Hayward doesn’t have their act together.

Hello, I recently purchased a home and it has a Hayward Omnilogic System for the Pool Pump. I have set up an online account and but the system won't let me add the pool to my sites because the previous home owner had already set it up with their account. Do you know how to reset it so I can add it to my site. Thank you in advance

I just received a notification via email (Reason:MSP_DEV_COMM_LOSS,Comm Loss Device:10-01-11-01-91 HUA:VSP). I reset the Omnilogic system and now my Hayward VSP pump won't start. Any ideas/suggestions on what I can do since Hayward tech support is out until Monday? Thank you.

Sorry, omni logic has been a headache since the day it was installed. The lights disappeared from the control panel and app . The pool company doesn't answer emails anymore . It costs a pretty penny but cannot access or use lights.
