Hayzink I agree with you . I complained about the turtle & shredder issue I told them not fair for them to cancel shredder the day right before I got paid I was waiting to get him. Just cause your contact ends you lying about error of day of shredder. They email twice and asked was I happy about there decision yes or no . I said no and they need to fix this issue

The incredible part is… the generic, “no empathy” response and constant bait and switch (pulling shredder early also) and horrible pull rates definitely put the community in a “no spending” state of mind and in my opinion, completely ruined the game cause they wanted to be greedy and stubborn and not satisfy simple requests.

To add to the starlight issue, for SEA and Japan regions this is the first introduction to Starlights as well. Absolute joke. I’d have levelled my MHK with them 😂😭😭😭😭

Hayzink; I 100% agree with everything your saying in regards to NOT ENOUGH COMPENSATION! I've only spent money on flame Chung Lee at the 1yr Anni. And only because YOU suggested it. I will definitely not be spending anymore money on this game without this occurrence is handled CORRECTLY. You are 100% correct on the fact that other gotchas have done something where if you've paid for something and down the line the add or change something to what was already in the store and bought..other devs COMPENSATE for what's missed from what was already purchased....I do not get it! The Worst part of it is that giving away a few starlights won't max anyone's account. Even for the Whales who would get like 16 starlights, that only takes a single unit to SSS with a few leftover copies. And the majority of players would get somewhere between 4 and 8.

I have an alt account that I didn’t collect any turtles for this second TMNT event. That account I collected the starlights (8 starlights) but didn’t get the compensation because obviously that was the key, only those that collected the units get the compensation.

Idc if they add goku or Godam any special unit. They done burned the bridge for many us light to medium spenders as if giving us the RIGHT compensation would leave them broke. Because the right hand side was a turtle and 30 tickets I think at the very least the compensation should have been 30 tickets per turtle/starlight dupe - had they done that I’d have accepted it and been ok. Now I’m honestly debating whether to even play the game anymore- I haven’t logged in since Sunday morning and didn’t do all the dailies then. In the past I’ve spent quite a bit of money - a lot of people would probably class me as a whale but I (probably delusional) consider myself a big dolphin and I do enjoy the game and SF in general so I don’t really want to give up on the game but I’m very disillusioned right now 😔

New rose went from divination to special summon vote with your wallet's. As for the rerun turtle's They did this to screw over players who finished the turtles in the first run. I have 18 turtle dupes.

You are asking me to quit my channel at that point lol. I don’t put out videos with a viewpoint of “you should buy this unit” and I never encourage people to spend. But there is so little content to now be made on the game if I don’t do my trial realm videos and showing what the unit is capable of I may as well stop uploading videos and I don’t make videos on anything else so at that point I’ll be quitting my channel basically. Don’t worry though I hope it won’t come to that as I have a video today that with any luck will force their hand into doing something here, I just can’t record it until after I’ve been to the dentist

I think the compensation they gave was fair. The only people who measurably lost anything were the people who either did not want to pick up their turtle duplicates or were too inactive or lazy to pick to them up. A duplicate's value in game currently is 1/3 of a divination character which is not worth much of a compensation. In the left hand side vs. right hand side compensation issue you have a point. The people who bought the growth pack got what they paid for and there was no valid reason to send these people starlights after the store update. This was probably a mistake and it is unfair practice in a game that is competitive in nature. However, I don't think they will start sending people 4 - 16 starlights in game mail because they would literally have to give a big compensation to almost every player in the game. Perhaps we should just congratulate the few lucky ones who got the extra undeserved starlights and move on?

Still don't understand what the fuzz is about. Statistically speaking, just how many players even forgot to claim their turtles in order to get compensated with starlight. It has to be very few individuals. If it's their alt acct, there's not much impact there.

SEA players see this too. Players are free to spend how they want and should know how these companies conduct themselves. Hopefully capcom would not lend their properties to trash ass companies like topjoy in the future.
