Alastors transformation at the end of the first song is even more terrifying when you consider the fact that Alastor could've announced his return at any time. He CHOSE to wait until someone said something about him and Vox happened to be the one to broadcast his presence to everyone so the cat was already out of the bag. But he didn't respond to save face, he only responded because he thought it was going to be a good time and nothing more. He could've just destroyed Vox's tech the way he does cameras mid broadcast but he decided to troll instead and make Vox do it himself just to remind him he's Alastors toy just like everyone else down there.

During Alastors song when he says “tune on in” that was a threat to Vox. He use to take overlords (like Vox) captive and then rip their souls apart broadcasting their screams on his radio station. Basically telling people to tune in in because he plans to go back to doing that again.

4:54 The reaction cuts away from it, but I love that Valentino has been throwing sh*t around his office this whole time, but when he says "He MOVED!" He actually grabs VOX's phone and chucks it against the wall. I didn't catch it until a couple of rewatches, but it cracked me up so much when I noticed it. Also, listen carefully and you'll hear Valentino squeak when he's mad. This is because he's a moth demon, and some moths will actually squeak when he's upset.

Most shows have 1 or 2 main characters that are everybody’s favorite, 2 or 3 other main characters that ppl like but aren’t obsessed with, the side characters who have a handful of fans, and the rest of the characters nobody pays attention to or ppl actively DISlike. But these types of shows, where EVERY main character is everyone’s favorite and there is no character that you can’t find fanart/fics/videos/etc about (even villains who are very hate-able and side characters who only have like 5 lines in total) always seem to be the best shows. I’ve only seen the pilot and episode 2 but so far every character seems interesting enough that they could have their OWN whole show and it would work

Two things you'll notice as you watch: - Charlie, while she truly does want to help people, doesn't really understand human nature and what makes people be cruel. She only really understands the surface level "good people trust each other, and are always kind" trope, which means she doesn't know how to address deeper trauma. You'll see this again later in the series. - No one really knows what makes people "good" or "bad." I won't spoil anything, but the concept of sin in hell apparently isn't universal.

I can say that it was very chilly to witness Alastor’s full Demon form being so scary that it might make you shaken 😰but it surely shows the level of an overlord at its finest. Also for the song between two powerful medias of Radio v TV is chemistry of enemies having with each other. 😄 With all that said, keep an eye out for “Drones” after this episode as it clearly be a miss detail that people might miss during watching onwards in this series. Fun fact- •Sir Pentious’s VA is Alex Brightman who done Adam’s and Fizz from Helluva Boss 😉

Alastor is definiately the best character of the show...but then there is Charlie as well. I love her. So cute, so relatable, because she is being looked down on, and ostracized for being the only one who is actually good, who actually wants to see the good in people, want to trust them, give them chance to be good. She is the freaking Princess of Hell, people should respect her "by default", instead even a reporter at the News thinks she can fight with her. Sadly a thing IRL, if you are good, caring, forgiving, you are ostracized and "your kidness is taken for weakness", even tho that is what this world would desperately need. More goodness, more good people.

This is the second time Alastor has stolen the show by doing his own little reprise of another person's song in his own. (In the Pilot) Charlie: "Inside of every Demon is a Rainbow!" Al: "Inside of every demon, is a lost cause~" (Episode 2) Vox: "I'll make you wish that you'd stayed gone/say hello to a new status quo" Al: "I'm gonna make you wish that I'd stayed gone/soon your status quo will know it's race is run" Call me crazy, but I think Alastor has a kink for throwing other people words and actions in their face in order to make them look stupid. Which, granted he is a "Deal Maker" seems pretty damn appropriate.
