You can find Avery as one of the CPU trainers in the Isle of Armor when doing raid battles. Though, I've only seen this once and I didn't think to take a picture. I also don't know if this happens with Clara in Shield. Someone prove me right or wrong. Also, three things. 1. I thought Avery was a girl. 2. I didn't realize that you were supposed to take your Kubfu places around the map. I just became its best friend by feeding it curry. (I don't know if that was a result of the game not being clear enough or if I'm just lazy.) 3. Oops, already have Max Honey from exploring the island. Did everything the game didn't want me to do before it was supposed to happen.

I have an idea for a challenge. You should do sw/sh as Leon. This would be difficult because you would only have two pokemon until kabu, if you get a charmander and galar starter at the beginning(tympole for scorbunny but not the other 2). Then, for gyms 4,5, and 6, if you get sobble(the hardest since Mr rime is very late in the game), you only have 3 pokemon, and I loved the hop challenge, would like to see something like it. Also, breed the charmander with ancient power, as I don't think it can learn it and Leon's has the move.
