Not only glucometer but test strips are also important. One should note that expiry period is given almost two years, however, once you have opened the bottle, all strips must be consumed within three months. I was unaware of this & my glucometer was showing everytime below 100 readings. Ultimately, I started feeling very uneasy, so checked my sample in lab, amazingly my sugar level was beyond 400 & I have to admit in hospital for a week.

Maine weight kum kiya 92 to 60 than sugar level 82 to 100 raha ab phir weight gain hua hai ab 2 months se sugar fasting may 100+ aa rahe hai. Kya mai ab bhi diabeties reverse kur sakte hu...
