Sir maine dopahar ko kiya ...i use sugar of 16 teaspoon mixed in water.... My one hour blood sugar rise to 163...and after 2hour it was 111.... I use sugar 16 teaspoon.....

Sir very good information Which test is more reliable HbA1c or OGTT, many time, when we follow a low carb diet HbA1c level gets decreased sugar level may be normal but diabetes is not revered, GTT test is reliable because we can find out that body is insuline sensitivite or not,, by doing GTT test we can find out that diabetes is reversd or not so both HbA1c and GTT test must be done but cannot rely only on HbA1c test
