@@abispanner3957 yea. Back then during Victorian and Edwardian times, dressing up is far more important than securing food... The Britons by then definitely had their priorities skewed by then. I think the English population's peer pressure upon the wizards to look posh and snappy got to them, that's why they all dressed up like normal, non-wizardy folk. Come Elizabethan era, fashion isn't really a priority anymore (thankfully haha). We can think of the Edwardian era as the time titanic was being built, and Elizabethan era as some years after it sank. Fashion trends became more liberal during her late Majesty's reign. So safe to say by then Hogwarts returned to their roots and cosplayed to further immerse themselves into the wizarding culture Tho I gotta ask, do the Wizard teachers in Hogwarts wear boxer shorts underneath their robes? Or does Dumbledore and Voldemort let it all hang freely under all that cloth? Shout out to boxer shorts wearing men, definitely my favorite gender

@@fernansanchez6331 It's still candy. In the real world, there are real candies made out of bugs. My Dad bought some made out of either ants or locusts once. I can't remember what kind of bug it was. He gave me one to try. I didn't like it. Not because it was a bug, but because I didn't like the flavor they gave it. Eating insects is obviously an a acquired taste. Jacob liked the candy before he found out what it was made of. In this case the Slytherins were being mischievous not malicious.

Not even remotely possible. There is no script, the actors are busy with other projects, and David Yates has signed on to direct another film. WB also plans on waiting to see the streaming and DVD/Blu-Ray revenue results, before deciding to green light or cancel the rest of the series. Besides, fast tracking a sequel is what led to the second film being so terrible.

Bcoz Headmaster Armando Dippet was a very old man and Dumbledore basically ran Hogwarts even before he became the Headmaster sometime in 1950's.

I dunno. Now that some time has passed, I'm really kinda sad or maybe a little disappointed that they didn't finish this story line. I thought the first movie was wonderful, it was a good re-introduction to the Wizarding World. The second and the third and last apparently had their share of problems; this third one was all over the place, if memory serves, and I didn't like it too much. Nevertheless, I would have loved seeing them taking a different approach with the last two (?) movies in the set and still produce and release them. I'm not a huge Harry Potter fan and like I pointed out, these movies had their issues but also many kinda funny moments as well. Oh well, I guess it's up to some hardcore fans to finish the story in fan-fiction or similar!
