Recovered from which illness?

@@md82892 mrna poisoning. Had myocarditis but also had high blood pressure, pins and needles all over, massive fatigue, chest pain, sob, brain fog, neuro issues dropping things, histamine, food intolerances, nerve pain nerve damage. MHbot, hydrogen inhalation, whole food diet, weights, sauna, cold plunge. 2 years of doing those therapies every day I’m left with nerve damage and nerve pain which is improving with cold plunge a lot, but recovered from myocarditis but also had high blood pressure, pins and needles all over, massive fatigue, chest pain, sob, brain fog, neuro issues dropping things, histamine, food intolerances. Not to mention the mental side of things and not being the same person as I was that’s for sure. Living extremely close to normal again now in the grand scheme. Still continuing all my therapies this is the lifestyle I want to live now. Happy again aswel. Was the hardest things I’ve gone through in my life and the hardest I’ll ever go through id say. Ups and downs healing isn’t Linear Best thing I ever did was stop listening to doctors and doing test and just started the above therapies. Have since found one decent doctor but they can’t do the work for you, you have to no one is coming to save you but yourself, there isn’t a medication there isn’t a magical pill to heal the damage done. You need to apply real therapies and the right environment for your body to heal over time it’ll happen. I also did all this while working full time as an electrician as work cover was declined even tho mandated for job. What a world we live in. Never again, never forget what the government, regulatory bodies and big pharma did

Was poisoned with Co about Nineteen yrs ago and a drug OD not sure if this is causing me to b bed ridden or it may b a progression of my Crohn’s disease which appears under control how ever it is wide spread including my Mouth. Some days I’m totally wiped out and suffer huge mental disharmoney! I’ve recently purchased a hard chamber for home use but have yet to commision it because of my health what protocol would u recommend please ATA , session duration, frequency per week love your vids thank u

Question - as I try to get hbot every day (1.5ATA) sometimes I can go a full 90 minutes, and sometimes I’m at 60 minutes. My question is - if all I have on a given day is 30 minutes, is that worth doing, or is there a minimum threshold to have a positive impact?

I’m traveling frequently and it’s almost impossible for me to continue a regular session schedule. If I buy a soft chamber HBOT and use it at home, is it ok to do 5 days then go to travel for 1 week and continue the following week with irregular weekly breaks?

What are ‘air breaks’?
@kathleenwilliams23187 ай бұрын
Can you implement air breaks in a home chamber?
@markbr58987 ай бұрын
Air breaks are periods when (pressurized) air, rather than oxygen, is breathed.

Withh my home chamber can I get in morning and evening for 1 hr until reaching 40 then take a break or is once a day better.
@HBOTUSA7 ай бұрын
I really depends what the overall goal is , there are many ways to create a long term protocol but that is a reasonable plan

Ok, thank you. I am looking for overall well being but at 62 I also am hoping to alleviate some chronic inflammation in my hip and back , my gut and I have had mild blepharitis for years . Sounds like I am falling apart 😂but not really. I eat well and am implementing red light hydrogen water, grounding mat on my bed at the bottom of the bed ,and the nitric oxygen lozengers, after testing depleted. I was so used to lousy sleep and caffeine for energy but at 62 y.o. it's catching up with me. Now to Facebook marketplace for a rebounder. Thanks for your videos. I hope this is helpful helpful to others out there.

I meant to add that I went to Dr Brad Meyer in Okoboji, IA. Great wellness center. IA. I highly recommend him, ordered my chamber through him.
