Great video as always Tony. I do think, once you go to AG, most kits come across with a toffee flavour due to the sheer amount of malt extract. I never used to notice it until I moved to AG 🍺

Nice one about the Geordie brew kits Tony When i started brewing back in the late 6ts and early 7ts the only kits around were Uinacan Gray owell Tom caxton and Boots and all of them would have taken the PAINT OFF THE BACK DOOR

I’ve done some rubbish kits in my time and with the added hassle of putting it in a leaking pressure barrel 🤣😂that hoppy zesty was beautiful. The kits have come on to be fair. Nice one cheers 👍🍻

Think everyone must of tried to brew that one Tony, like a rite of passage to the homebrewer lol. Last kit I brewed was a Harris Mild, but tried using RO water and it come out fine. Enjoy the beers mate.
