I love the Murgy - cracking pint !!! - Tricky @ Dudesbrews brewed it mate in, he even had Andy from Four Priests on his channel. I think Andy shares his recipe on his channel mate - I think he might have put it on Brewfather even...

I've heard so many good things about Murgy Straight. You're very fortunate to have access to Four Priests products. Good, honest comparison between yours and the commercial version. Interesting tidbit about the mash thickness. Maybe that's the key, or part of it at least. Will be looking forward to your next go at this one. Until then, I'm happy you still have a nice homebrew version even though it's not what you were aiming for. Great video. Cheers🍺

Nice one looks a great pint, I did a real one direct from a barrel at a Nottingham beer festival. could the mash temperature alteration help ?

There was a few things I did wrong but I’m pretty sure next time I brew it I’ll get a lot nearer the beer I intended it to be. It’s all a learning curve cheers mate 🍺🍺

Nice tap. You call that a sparkler? Edit: Cloudy is ok with me. Your beer did clear up pretty well.

Like you I don’t mind cloudy beer at all but I didn’t intend this one to be cloudy.will brew it again in the not too distant future and hopefully get it more how I intended cheers mate 🍺🍺

@@YorkshireHomebrew001 Some brew buds like to add gelatine when they forget the flok in the boil, and keg it.

Looks decent does that Tony. What temp do you serve that, is it in a fridge or just under the counter matey?
@YorkshireHomebrew00110 ай бұрын
Hi mate it’s in a fridge under the bar and about 8 degrees I think. Really should get a fridge thermometer to be certain. I’ve two fridges and a maxi beer line cooler under the bar. So I can chill 4 kegs in total cheers mate 🍺🍺

@YorkshireHomebrew001 cheers Tony, think that's my problem mate, just added a new fridge around 2 degrees. Personally, it's no good for any Ale, just lager. Will lift the temp
