That is true that everyone is different that is why i SUGGEST to my clients what foods, how much to eat, and calorie intake based on there goals and body types. I said 1200 calories meaning in general because based on my experience most people only eat 1-2 times a day. I do not follow the typical personal trainer/nutrition routine. It is also a proven fat that you can burn muscle and develop muscle along with burning fat and accumulating fat.

It is not true that we get fat from eating meat, bread, and dairy but in fact gain fat from being less active and consuming alot of calories. If you know anything about nature you can tell what an animal eats based on what type of teeth they have so what we suppose to eat???
