Funny situation. Last year I found your earlier videos and was intrigued by, not only your skill, but most importantly, your teaching abilities. I am a college professor of Archeology and Ancient History. Matters little, how much you know, BUT how much you can communicate!!! 25 pre-1950 cars sit in my barns. Most need a variety of work. Yesterday, a 1947 Chevy ½ ton pickup came looking for a new home. It needs a paint job, but it might require a little more attention as I get it home and under scrutiny. At that point I will have a good tutor in your videos. Thank you so much.

Nice work where did you get the curved inner cowls from ?

The inner structure? Mine came on the truck....... It wasn't in the best of shape, but I made it work!

@@adamcesari1012 Yes... that is a factory piece...... I sand blasted mine....... wasn't perfect... but no one will see it :)

"Curious", how did u know where to weld them in? Really curious..I'm in process of doing same on my 49, after I finish r side...

Etch primer on bare steel = good idea. Covering the bare primer (no topcoat) in rubberized undercoating = BAD idea. Rubberized = rubber dissolved in acid, suspended in emulsifier. You've now etched your etched primer and sealed it in rubber. RUST CITY.
