Hi Nikita, regarding course information form, we have been told that it is in the scanned image format which is not acceptable. This is the exact reply from HCPC, "Course information form is scanned: We do not accept scanned images of this document. Please send us the form in a machine readable format and not a scanned image. " We are in Australia at the moment, got the form completed and sealed and stamped by college as per the guidelines. Got it scanned and sent back to us. We then uploaded it with all other JP certified documents. Course information form is not certified, it was just a scanned copy of the form completed by college. What have we done wrong here? Hi Ranjeetha, the video is based on the HCPC guidelines given andI have followed the guidelines during my application. In regards to your question, I am unable to comment on whether there would be any delays from the HCPC in terms of your documents submitted. What I would recommend is just keep an eye out on your emails for any updates regarding your application from HCPC and please watch video 4 of my HCPC playlist for some tips to ensure that your application is indeed recieved by the HCPC.
