Is a master's degree from the UK beneficial for acquiring a job and can someone who has completed their masters from India get a job in the UK or... what would you advise?

Hi Nikita 👋🏻 I'm from the Philippines and I am a licensed Physiotherapist here with almost 4 years of clinical experience, I am planning to work in the UK as a Senior Health Care worker. Is it possible that after I finish my registration in the HCPC, I can finally work as a Physiotherapist? Senior Health Care is a stepping to stone for me to go to the UK since HCPC registration and NHS application is a bit too long.

Hi Nauman, from my understanding you need to have your IELTS with the required score to register for HCPC even with the masters in UK, especially because your psychology course does not give you any requirements to practice Physiotherapy in UK or complete requirements for HCPC. Hi Infant, You can apply for jobs in UK without a visa. My next series of videos are on getting a job i in NHS, so please subscribe to it as it can help you. For your question, you do not need an HCPC registration to apply to PTA jobs, but what I would suggest is that if you want a Work visa target PT roles in UK. Hope that helps!

Hospital in which I'm currently working got email buy the one I worked before didn't . Should I contact hcpc or wait for their response

Hi Nooria, I think something similar happened in my case as well. Just give HCPC 1 week and check with your reference again. If they don't recieve anything in 1-2 weeks please contact them.

I failed to missed 72hours deadline for scrutiny fee and I called hcpc Uk direct and asked them to send their bank account and I paid my scrutiny fee . I didn’t got the payment conformation mail how long I have to wait .when will hcpc send me mail.

They do take about 3 weeks to reply from MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. So my suggestion is please be patient! Hope this helps!

Hi Rahul, if you're previous educational qualifications and experience meet HCPC standards, then you don't have to give any exams. Sometimes HCPC may ask you for additional case studies additionally to understand your clinical experience in detail
