The majority are run by illegals like the one on hwy 105 across the street from the security flea market, in Conroe Texas. You call the police every weekend to see if they can get them to turn down the band, that takes them an hour to show up then the noise is only down for about 30 minutes before they crank it back up.

It’s the same bar that was open during legal hours, the patrons are then told whoever wants to stay and keep on drinking they can stay. Then they proceed to turn off the open sign and lock the doors with the ppl inside. At this point, they gather up all the beer bottles and cans from ppl and put the liquids in SOLO cups. From that point on, they raise the price of the beers to double the price or even triple the price. At this time hard liquor is not served, just beers in SOLO cups. Patrons from other bars that close during legal hours and are in the know about after hours bars and want to keep on partying, start arriving. These bars are usually in the shady part of the city. I’ve been told😅
