Just to clarify class 56 construction , 56001-56030 were built in Romania , 56031-56115 were built at Doncaster and 56116-56135 were built at Crewe . Production of the final 20 class 56s was transferred to Crewe to enable Doncaster to concentrate on building class 58s

Outstanding channel you have, superb action at Peak Forest and beautifully filmed, Daves Trains has highlighted your fine channel as well as my own just now, and had to look you up again, and glad i did too! Thanks very much for the compliment Nick, really good to know some of the footage is appreciated but that said it’s a pleasure to film all the same (even in the blast of sleet come hail stones yesterday!) Had to acknowledge the blast of horn and clagg from the old 56 yesterday so took one hand off to thumbs up the driver hence the wobbles! That reminds me need to check out some fantastic Red Shed footage myself from your brilliant channel. Right, kettle on! Cheers mate, Paul
