Yup absolutely Fuente Osmena ( Rutonda ) Circle is located in the ❤️heart of uptown ❤️SUGBU☝️and it is always energetic and even become more energetic asf during Christmas & New Year and really jumpin’ during the Sinulog Festival.

Yes I did visit Fuente Omenia Circle Robinsons Mall Feb. 2024, I stayed at the Hotel Stella a couple of blocks away on Don Gil Garcia street, had a great time there in Cebu. Thanks for the memory.
