I was in the Cebu and mandate area that day. It seems like the storm drains need the trash cleaned out of them. Water was coming out of the storm drains not going into them

I was driving that day and Lopez Jaena street near Subangdaku flyover was flooded too. Traffic was even heavier and slower than usual, if that is possible in Mandaue.
