I listened to his solo albums while delivering mail today. Came home and my girlfriend told me the news of his suicide. His music has helped me through some pretty rough times. My thoughts go out to his family.

This is my favorite version of this song. I come back and listen to it every time. They sound so beautiful together, she sounds so feminine and he sounds so masculine. And they both sing with so much emotion, what a great duet!!! Chris always did something awkward when it came time to shake hands. I don't know what caused it but it looks like he joked about it afterward, I find that so adorable!!!

Wow......I didn't even know this existed until just a few minutes ago. Holy lord. Well that's what happens when you refuse to own a tv in your house since 1994 (good riddance!!!!!) My wife and I attended The Civil Wars concert in Dallas in Jan 2012 at the House of Blues. And so this taping aired about a year after their last concert in London. Amazing that Joy got to collab with the greatness that was Cornell.
