@@gocanux47 unfortunately, the moment they had to do some complicated steps - deep edges disappear. And speed - slow speed and no power - were their biggest weakness (at least when they worked with Dubova). With Tarasova they started to skate faster.

Each one entitled to their opinion. I loved this ice dancer couple. Sure Tessa and Scott were also fabulous but I loved this couple for their originality and at the time, their were the best Canadian Ice dancers.

@@Heather-xz8fk in the first place they (Tessa and Scott) were much much stronger technically. Those two did have nice edges but they couldn't skater fast, and couldn't skate close to each other in closed dance holds and that's was what judges did looked for.
