If feels like a sevice suite you stay while on holiday based on the sample showroom. Its nice for a short term stay. To stay long term, it needs to be nicely renovated with air conditioning. Don't pile up with too much unwanted stuff. Else, you will feel castaphobic soon.

This my opinion....I would remove the study room to make the bedroom bigger...but the living room very squeezy leh....cant even stretch leg when sitting down without hitting the tv😂....if only the living room has more space...only then i would feel contented...still prefer older layouts much more simpler and living room is more decent than this...hope upcoming bto projects dont follow this type of layout for 2rm...😢
