If Regallia Gold is FYF then why how come it comes under Lifetime free category? I am just confused. She metioned at the start of Regallia Gold that First year free and Second yera onwards charges levied. Then while ending video, she mentioned the benefit of these cards are lifteime free, no charges levied if unused.

If you have got the card during the offer period then it should be LTF if mentioned earlier. Contact CC and asked them what is card fee showing on their system. Also, drop an email. And save proofs for future reference.

You can try to speak with customer service but most likely they will refuse. This is if you are trying to convert to ltf. If you are trying to apply for the card you already have, it will get rejected.
