NTSC old TV with V-Hold knob, if PAL selected, then it will flash a bit. If PAL old TV, NTSC picture will be widescreen.

North Korea uses PAL-D/K. Most South Korean TVs are all NTSC-M. Unless you brought PAL NTSC analog tuner multisystem TV from Asia and The Middle East (JVC, Sony, Toshiba, Samsung, etc.). Also use RF TO HDMI and HDMI2AV. So you can watch PAL TV channels on NTSC TV.

Great video 👍 I couldn't find an HDMI to RF analog so I bought and HDMI to RCA converter and an RCA to RF modulator. And my modulator outputs from 48.25 MHz to 862 MHz, can be added to my current cable setup. The video output is PAL and the audio output can be M/M, B/G, I, D/K

BUY HDMI TO VGA and VGA TO AV ADAPTER. So get rid of Black bars at the side to stretch 16:9 image to 4:3 cutoff. Or make it letterbox. IT COULD BE SET VIA MENU.
