Question and I'm not saying you're wrong but why didn't you use her truck. Let her learn how to problem solve the issues. Be there for help and support. I know how demoralizing it is to have to call someone for help and they take over. Again I'm not moaning and groaning just saying she's got to learn some how.

She learned a lot on this call regardless of who’s truck was used. The principals and skills learned are the same. Keep in mind this wasn’t done on some training ground. The reason we were there, was to recover the truck and clear the road. And we are expected to do so in a timely manner, which will will get us, and the police officers off the roadway and back to safety.
