He dealt with your serves really well. For his age his level is incredible. Thanks for posting this!

Hey Hendrik, great video! I’ve been watching a lot of your videos especially the gym ones as I want to get stronger for tennis. Was wondering if you could also make a video about recovering from injuries or how to strengthen for them. I’m a year older than you and wanting to be able to get back to playing pain free eventually. Thanks

Depends on the injury surely: u prob need a physio.

Hi Ken thanks a lot! It’s a very comprehensive topic to prevent injuries. I will cover soon a part 2 of the best tennis exercises. Strength in the posterior chain is definetly a major key. Check out my Fitness Course I cover everything from warmup to plyometrics and lifting there

Great content. I wish you had a tennis sensor, so that I can tell the speed of your serves.
@hendrik_jebensСағат бұрын
@@DK-dr5hy thanks 🙏 1st serve is 200-220 km/h 2nd serve 150-170 km/h If you recommend a brand I can try to get it

44 years of age btw. . I consider myself pretty fit at 42, but he´s keeping up with you. Hope to meet him on the ITF Masters Tour one day :)

He’s a machine it’s incredible! His level is still very high and I’m sure would be great if you get to compete with him on the itf tour

this guy is playing amazing for 44 yrs old... (I remember playing a futures with him in Harlingen TX Feb2003, I made it farther then him in the doubles (and I was not as good as him) lol
@hendrik_jebens20 сағат бұрын
Yes unreal level 🎾 crazy I almost played the future there as well and cool that you remember that 🙏

Very nice to see Michael Berrer , "serve and volley god " . Still playing great, but of course Henrik hat much more power.

Absolutely!! I’d say he’s a slice expert as well. Thanks for watching 🎾🤝

Great match. How fast u think his average first serve was? 160? yet you had more trouble with his serve then he with your faster serve. He had great returns.
@hendrik_jebensКүн бұрын
Yes I’d say a bit faster around 180 but it shows how important placement is. He is a master at anticipation and put me in big trouble with the low returns
@AS-js7kb17 сағат бұрын
Berrer is very solid. His backhand, which looks like a weakness in the pros is very solid otherwise.
@hendrik_jebens11 сағат бұрын
Yes he doesn’t miss and makes you play low percentage shots

Thomas Müster would be nice if he still is up for it.

You had no easy holds vs a 45 year old that was known for never breaking any pros. You’ll never make it
