Actually no because of his bullets being .50 cal incinoraries the bullet has the spin effect and velocity to go through the first two guys but has enough in order to go through the front of the third guy and all the way through the brain but shatters because of the amount of walls it got delayed by once it hits the back of the inside of his skull causing tiny fragments to pierce his bone marrow and get lodged in but don't through and the other remains of the bullet are just loose inside of the skull and rattled whenever the head moved.
