Nene, the answer to your question is YES. As a Nurse, I am giving you my professional opinion. I see this in our office daily. What I tell my patients is this: not using condoms, having new or multiple sex partners, this will upset your normal vaginal bacteria. Your pH balance is off. Do not douche. PLEASE change your pad or tampons regularly, do not use perfumes or lotions down there, and wear breathable panties without dye. Make sure you urinate after sex because sperm lives up to 72 hours in you vagina. Bacteria Vaginosis can be treated. Also, make sure that before oral sex is performed on you, make sure the person brush their teeth the bacteria from one's mouth is also a culprit and dirty hands. I hope this helps ❤
