She suffered with severe spinal stenosis and vascular dementia. I was mommy’s (yes, at 61 years old I still call her that☺️) primary caregiver until she died 2 years ago. Mommy spoke highly of you for years before becoming ill! She would tell me to sit with her and watch your show. She adored you. Near the end of my mother’s life she didn’t remember much any longer. She even thought I was her sister after a while. She suffered a great deal throughout our journey together fighting the dementia. And yet, some things remained constant despite her fading memory...and Nene Leakes was one of them. When I saw your channel I felt compelled to tell you about your impact on my mother.
