My twin brother and I grew up wrestling. Then went into BJJ (under Joe 'Daddy' Stevenson), then boxing and Muay Thai. We were both diagnosed with brain cancer/tumor. He did radiation 'therapy' (which caused ANOTHER tumor to pop up in his brain that killed him) I tried canabis (RSO) and im still here 9 years later rolling BJJ raising my kids with my wife.

I think stress is not good thing before fighting. I remember my whole body shaking and i couldn't even make a fist and i felt like my whole body weakness. Maybe due to adrenaline rush or whatever. So i think you gotra remain calm before fighting so partying helped jon even more to relax and calm his mind

Brotha he fought in one of the hardest divisions in the world, because of knockout power, and a lot of competition. I would say your top 3, but how many dudes in the population weigh 125? The pool of men to choose from is tiny, my wife weighs that much and she's skinny. This is no offense to you, because you really were incredible, but I am so sick of hearing people try to take away from Jon, he ruled the LHW division for 10 yrs. The steroid talk means nothing to me, I played professional baseball for 12 yrs. But you shouldn't try to take away from the dude he will be remembered for generation after generation after generation...

I used to smoke a bit but it’s lame to me waste of time and money a lot of people I see do it as a crutch and have an addiction that they won’t admit. There’s really no reason for it imo quit years ago and haven’t smoked since.
