With respect you're talking nonsense. His application and attitude perhaps, but as a capable player he was very good. But like anything, if you're heads not in it, that will show. You're coming across as the type of dude that would say the same about Rashford. Truth be told anyone who knows football will appreciate there is an exceptional player in there. Sometimes off the field issues can seriously affect a players form, look at him now? It's clear what a goal can do in regards to restoring confidence. Troy Deeney is right .At the time he spoke Martial was still a player. However, he did become a complete waste of space and with Paul Pogba he was everything that was wrong with Man UTD. I also found it infuriating how he was compared to Rashford in the same breath. 19 goals since the 19/20 season for Martial, and 66 for Rashford in the same period. Martial may be a bigger talent, Rashford, despite dips in form does still want to play the game.

Not every footballer enjoys playing football regardless if they have the skillset. Many appreciate the money that can be made playing professional football- ask Ben White to Batistuta, they understood it was a job/profession. They didn't enjoy it - Martial falls into this camp.

50M got United over 200 prem appearances and over 100 goal involvements in the prem. United failed him with the structure they had in place. I find it hilarious that they will criticise him individually as if all the others before and after him have done any better. Also with the injuries its unfortunate, nobody plans to get injured its not his fault its the same with Luke Shaw who's actually been injured more games than he's played for us😂. But we don't hear all the noise for Shaw even though he's done nothing for United of genuine note. Martial was a talent that should have never joined United and I'm a United supporter. We actually ruined his career

Martial was by quite a distance the most talented forward we had post Fergie. Just a combination of his efforts AND the mismanagement of the club and him as an individual both in tactics, development and health management did him in. To be honest he should be our LWF over Rashford. What Rashford had was the homegrown advantage and higher work ethic off the pitch more consistently. It sucks how it went but we’ve got to move on.

Martial was such a disappointment. As a united fan this guy had the ability but it was the mindset i feel. Insane dribbling ability ball at his feet like glue at times. Pace and finishing too. Just didn't try ultimately if only he showed harder work ethic.
