To anyone going through intense anxiety physical symptoms like palpitations, shallow breathing, dizziness, numbness, tight chest, tingling sensation, nausea, brain fog, etc. ACCEPT those symptoms, let them take over your body, continue doing your work or sit down and start belly breathing even if you feel breathless, just know that your body is breathing normally, it's just your nervous system making you feel breathless. Don't react in panic because it might feel life threatening, but IT IS NOT! Once you stop reacting in panic, your nerves will get the signal that the person is not reacting, so the person is in a normal situation and hence the symptoms will start to get less intense everytime you get them and FINALLY THEY WILL FADE AWAY✨ It might take some time but surely doing this WILL HEAL YOU and you will definitely get back to your normal life just like I'm doing. It might be a little difficult at first to accept the symptoms and let them do whatever to your body. But trust me, it's not dangerous, with time it will fade away on its own if you don't react in panic. Happy Healing✨

So happy he recovered! I remember talking to him! He’s so right 6 months is ideal. Even I had some anxiety come back last month for 2 weeks. Luckily everything I learned helped me get out of it quickly but now I truly know how to fully respond and never revert back. I feel even stronger than I did before

I have a question for people in anxiety. Do you sometimes feel that you are lying down and suddenly in your head you feel like you are falling? I have that sometimes for a split second, it's scary. I don't mean fainting just this feeling as if you suddenly start falling and it lasts for a second maybe less, it occurs sometimes

yep it's a very normal symptom of anxiety, I usually call them brain zaps, I had them for sometime and they naturally left Just focus on eliminating anxiety and everything else will go away with it I feel like taking evening or morning walks in the park, along with socialising more, weight training, keeping myself occupied and watching yt videos about Anxiety relief helps a lot

Yes I experienced this a lot but now when it comes I know what it is. I hate it but I remind myself what it is. It’s def not a nice feeling. It also happened while standing up for me or even walking. And yes brain zaps I had/have those too. 😥

The thing about Anxiety is that sometimes symptoms change unknowingly over time , dont break your head over it. Just recognize its just anxiety and nothing else . Keep moving forward! Good Luck !
