100% agree with everything you have said here Mark and you speak for the vast majority of Hammers fans I think too. Huge lift for the whole club and the fans 😊

Potter did his homework, and said all the right things. He has talked the talk, now we are all backing him to walk the walk. Fans will be now buzzing, even if he is not necessarily their first choice. Hope he does not disappoint.

Spot on Mark, I was the same, buzzing when his name came up and even more so watching his interviews. I'm from Sussex and nobody had a bad word about him when he was at Brighton. Fingers crossed he'll be a right result for us!

Great video Mark, but can we drop the narrative of Moyes won us a cup. He didnt. If anyone won us that cup it was Declan Rice, with the help of some inspirational moments from Paqueta, Bowen, Benrahma and Fornals along the way. Declan Rice single handedly kept us in the premier league. As soon as Declan left we were shot! We struggled in another relegation battle and conceded a record amount of goals. Moyes did nothing for this club, the distain and disrespect he showed the fans was awful. Had Rice not been the player he was for us, we could well have been another Sunderland, and suffered relegation and years in the EFL thanks to Moyes. That man is thankfully history. Graham Potter came across brilliantly on his first day as manager. What gives me hope is that he was recruited by a modern/forward thinking club like Brighton who have an excellent recent record of finding young, enthusiastic and dynamic managers. His time at Chelsea, on reflection doesn't look great. But the club was a shower of shit after Boley took over, they were signing anyone with a pulse and the chaotic nature there was completely the opposite to what Potter had at the well run and well organised Brighton. Chelsea sack managers like we concede goals. The vibe and sense of relief that JLo has gone is palpable across social media. Get behind GP and lets start to enjoy supporting West Ham again, because for the past 4+ years, barring one night in Prague, its been a miserable past time!! COYI 🩵💜⚒️

I’m happy we have got a seemingly decent bloke that’s not an egomaniac managing the team. If he can get the team enjoying playing again then he has succeeded !!!!

Mark, I thought leadership for many years all over the world. Potter came over as confident and enthusiastic. He has a masters degree in leadership and it was evident how he spoke about his future plans and approach. I agree with your summary totally. We just have to be patient and give him time! 👍😀⚒⚒⚒

Mark that’s it for the fans exactly he gets it. He will look at our Academy great news for them . Even those on loan . The conference speech blow me away . I heard everything I wanted to hear . He will know midfield needs legs and we need another Striker . Hopefully restless players will give Potter a chance . Clean slate for all

I think we all are grateful to Moyes, for Europe and a trophy BUT it was time for him to go. He oversaw a severe decline and didn’t have the answers. Both he and Floppy looked confused and outdated. The fact he wasn’t snapped up and Milan fans protested against Floppy proves they had to go.

I really hope he brings a brand of football that will thrill and excite us, it's been too long that we've had to endure dull boring football, I remember his Brighton team playing some really good football and if he can recreate that I'll be very happy

I'm trying not to get to carried away on the Potter (Jacobite Steam) train ride and that's why I'm only giving him 9 & 3/4 out of 10 for his performance, rather than a full 10! Because I really don't want all this Love for the man to turn sour (& it will) if the results don't go our way. As one thing that's certain, he won't be given 11 years start his magic!
