It's that, after seing the mod's code, he doesn't actually teleports, he's actually invisible, moving at extremy fast speeds, meaning that sometimes, he can accidentally collide you and make a jumpscare. (You also can't kill him, because he has a thousand of hearts, and around 80 armor points)
