He had his hand where!? 🤢 What's wrong with Cafe Rio??

Cafe Rio has some of the worst service I've EVER experienced. Sadly, they have great food, but after you here about my grotesque experiences, I don't think you'd go back either.
Remember, Good hospitality trumps mediocre food.
But, great food doesn't trump mediocre service.

You so right about the culture being so important. I have had the same experience and the people are like zombies in the work place.

Hey man, there’s a Cafe Rio that’s really fun and they did a really good job. I’m not sure what Cafe Rio that you went. I was pretty bad and awful but I went to one in Pleasant Grove and assumed pretty stable. There was one person but their team would come in quickly help them as soon as they can. it might have changed a little bit over the past couple months.

Love to hear that. I'm glad you didn't have my experience. If the service is good then you have a nice place to eat! The food is solid.
