This is a thing that happens quite consistently through-out English history, google all 3 of those examples, they're real, and there's way more where they came from.

i don't think it's as known, but olive garden makes pizza, right. when i used to work there, people would literally order pizzas like it was dominos, adding mushrooms, olives, sausage, peppers, and even segmenting them into quadrants. like dog, this is an 8 inch round cut into 6th, PLUS IT'S OLIVE GARDEN. worst thing is being in a sunday lunch rush and someone wants a pizza, well done with 5 different toppings and pesto.
