This is great. It’s so hard to find a chiro that knows what you need. Some barely touch you, others just do a snap, crackle, pop. This is a well rounded session.

I'm halfway through my massage therapy course and one thing that still gets me, and a chiropractor may attest to this, is that even though a client may be in physical pain, most, if not all therapists would back off from continuing with their work in that moment. I'm still working on this, but its interesting how we literally have to reprogram our instincts.

One of my PTs had me put my hand on their head to relax my armpit enough to get that one spot without so much pain. I'm so grateful for that PT. I had arm pain and numbness for so long and the previous two would just poke at my arm and say I don't feel any knots so idk how to help but this one knew right where the pain was coming from and I had no idea.

I've been watching your content for about a week now. Finally dug the gua sha tool out of my yoga bag. Worked on my left shoulder and jaw. The terrible pain and shoulder, which I was told by a doctor was "just bursitis" (aka Live With It) now feels like... a shoulder. Thanks for empowering me to work through the pain 🌞💪🏽

It's fascinating to and hear the differences between the two videos, in how the patient body is responding to the treatment and exercises as well as seeing much the doctor is not having to work as hard in getting the body to respond. In the first, you could see it was a real 'fight' to get the body to open up, and now there is a distinct reduction in that effort, which goes to show how much the patient, and their body is following through and permitting. Hopefully by now this treatment will a lot more further on and they are now able to do and move a more without so much difficulty. Thank you Dr Ed and to the patient for allowing us to see you doing a follow up and to see how things have progressed. Very informative and educational.

I’ve just started going to a chiro and while I don’t get these sort of treatments - does anybody unless it’s with Ed or Brenda?!! - I have learnt so much from them that I apply in my treatment. Breathing into the pain lol. Relaxing fir the neck crack. Understanding the biomechanics of injury and compensation, forward posture and the difference between tenderness and nerve pain. I still don’t know what knots are or spasms, other than I have them lol so will continue my educational journey with Ed and Brenda 👩🏼‍🏫

I'm pretty sure my knots are close in density. I've tried deep tissue massage therapy for months with no real release. I've been living in constant pain and soreness for approximately 8 years. Three bulging discs, subtle but existing scoliosis and I'm only 31 years old. I have arthritis in my spine and my chiropractor told me that I can no longer lift weights. He said I had the back of a 60 year old man

My body is an absolute mess, I don't even know where to start. But one thing I've been noticing lately is my right side of my body isn't responding to any of my weight training, upper right chest, right bicep, right shoulder, right lat just. What could be causing that? It almost feels like my nervous system isn't sending signals down that side, or is it because they're so tight down that side they won't grow?

How can I find someone who does this local to me? I need this sooo bad! I literally live in pain DAILY and have solid full time knots in my rhomboids that cause chronic pain in my back and neck that I need help with! Anyone have any suggestions? There are regular chiropractors and massage places in my area, but none I've gone to are like this. All the massage places are the "spa" type massage or "thai" and "swedish" massages that are more for relaxation. I need someone who will REALLY work on me like this and break down my scar tissue and knots!
