Football is a passionate game as we all know, players and managers get emotional and fired up, of course self control is important but like all managers Klopp lives or dies by results, so it’s fair to expect a player or manager to be upset about a decision that they feel is wrong that could cost them a result. Referees need to accommodate this. Klopp is the kind of manager who wears his heart on his sleeve, so he’s bound to more animated than most, any player or manager who isn’t a bad loser shouldn’t be competing.

The whole situation with David Coote should be a wake up call. It's not as if he's just done a video like this but has had a spotless record on the pitch. He's had some incredibly suspicious decisions, ESPECIALLY against Liverpool, and there are a lot of referees that make suspiciously biased decisions against certain clubs. This isn't some controversial take here. Who holds the referees accountable? They get to decide games in the biggest league in the world with complete impunity and no answerability. Any manager or player that speaks out against them is immediately shut down and penalized but what about the referees themselves? If it's not corruption it's bias and that has its place among fans. Not professionals refereeing the sport. There needs to be a serious investigation into the PGMOL from an independent legal body. Coote alone has overseen the Rodri handball, Odegard playing basketball in the box, the disallowed Luis Diaz goal against Tottenham, a disallowed winner against Everton and a season-ending tackle in that same game and has definitely cost Liverpool AT LEAST one title with his decisions.
